My braids was okay, but she pulled my hair so tight it cause my edges to break. I have very soft natural hair and I like her as a person. Stylist not so much

This salon has beauticians that know what their doing and can get the job done. I just went their and my micro braids are looking nice. I have had tons of compliments and am a continual client.

I have bitter review about Ms. Pat. when i first met her she seemed very sweet and meek. I came for some scalp briads going straight to the back. Well i sat there for hours listening to her talk about Africa her hometown. It took her 8 hours to do some regular cornrows. Then she popped my hair. I went back a second time being hardhead and she took out the all of my hair with hair remover. How i know it was remover, because as i took the braids out my hair looked as if it melted off. She also didnt give me the style i wanted because she wanted to do another customer hair, that didnt show up. So i left with a patch of hair missing and a hair style my three year old could do.Also this is not a shop but her house.
